50 ml Vodka

15 ml fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon honey
- A handful of fresh raspberries (about 6-8 for the cocktail, plus extra for garnish)
- Egg white from one egg (optional, for a frothy texture)
- Ice
- A slice of lemon for garnish
Directions
In a shaker, combine the raspberries and honey. Use a muddler to slightly crush the raspberries and mix well with the honey.
Add vodka, authentic kombucha vinegar, lemon juice, and the egg white if you desire a frothy texture.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 to 20 seconds to properly chill and mix the ingredients.
Strain through a fine sieve into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and a slice of lemon.
