- Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and separated
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 200g of Nordic shrimp, peeled
- 1/4 cup of sweet corn (optional)
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup of Biora’s Kombucha Green Goddess dressing

Lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced red onion, diced tomatoes, diced avocados, sweet corn, and peeled Nordic shrimp.
Pour the Biora Green Goddess Kombucha dressing over the mixture. Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Gently toss all the ingredients together until they are well coated with the dressing.
Take the washed romaine lettuce leaves and use them as wraps. Spoon the mixture into the center of each leaf.
Garnish each wrap with chopped fresh cilantro.
Serve immediately to enjoy the crispness of the lettuce and the freshness of the filling.
