- 80g of grilled chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced and lightly caramelized
- 40g of rice vermicelli, cooked
- 4 rice paper wrappers
- Finely chopped crisp lettuce
- A few fresh mint leaves
- A few fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Vegetable butter for cooking
- Olive oil for grilling the chicken
Directions
In a skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken slices and grill until they are golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the vegetable butter and add the honey. Once the mixture begins to bubble, add the peach slices. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden and caramelized. Remove from heat.
Cook the rice vermicelli according to the package instructions, drain, and let cool. Wash and finely chop the lettuce, mint, and basil.
Soak a rice paper wrapper in warm water until soft. Lay it on a clean, dry surface. In the center, place some lettuce, herbs, vermicelli, grilled chicken slices, and caramelized peaches.
Drizzle Biora's Kombucha Balsamic Dressing over the ingredients before rolling.
Fold the sides of the rice paper inward, then roll from the bottom up tightly to form a sealed roll.
Place the rolls on a serving plate and serve immediately to enjoy their freshness.
