- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced

1/4 cup of Biora Kombucha Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Additional whole basil leaves for garnish
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, kombucha balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well to coat the tomatoes.
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Toast them in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are lightly golden.
Remove the toasted bread slices from the oven and let them cool slightly. Top each slice with the tomato mixture.
Sprinkle chopped fresh basil over the tomatoes and garnish with whole basil leaves.
Serve immediately to enjoy the freshness and flavor of the bruschettas.
