- 500g macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup green peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions
Cook the macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and allow to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Biora's Kombucha Apple Cider Vinegar to make a creamy dressing.
