3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken
