- 100g fresh ginger
- 1 orange, peeled and quartered
- 1 lemon, peeled and quartered
- 50g fresh turmeric
- A pinch of black pepper (to enhance turmeric absorption)

2 tablespoons of Biora's Kombucha Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, to sweeten)
- 1/2 cup water (to facilitate blending)
Directions
Thoroughly wash the ginger and turmeric. Cut them into small pieces.
Place the ginger, turmeric, orange quarters, and lemon quarters in a blender. Add half a cup of water to help with blending.
Blend on high power until smooth.
Add Biora's Kombucha Apple Cider Vinegar, a pinch of black pepper, and honey if desired. Blend again to thoroughly mix all ingredients.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to extract the liquid into a clean container.
Serve the shots immediately, or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for daily use.
