This salad is a delightful fusion of classic Caesar flavors enhanced with the tangy notes of kombucha, making it a perfect dish for picnics, potlucks, or a light lunch
Ingredients / Ingrédients
- 2 cups of cooked pasta (penne or rotini work well)
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of croutons
1/4 cup of Biora's Kombucha Caesar Dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Grilled chicken strips or tofu for added protein
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, and Romaine lettuce.
Drizzle Biora's Kombucha Caesar Dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and croutons, then toss again.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.If desired, top with grilled chicken strips or tofu for added protein.
