Ingredients / Ingrédients
- 2 lbs of strawberries
- 3 jalapeños
- 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup water
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
Directions
Dice strawberries and slice jalapeños.
In a saucepan, combine strawberries, jalapeños, monk fruit sweetener, and water.
Mash the strawberries and mix until the sweetener dissolves, then let simmer for 15 minutes until syrupy.
Briefly simmer for 2 minutes to infuse the jalapeños, then remove them.
Place a generous amount of the strawberry jalapeño mix in the bottom of a glass.
Add a tablespoon of kombucha apple cider vinegar.
Top with ice and soda water, stir gently, and enjoy.
