- 200g firm tofu, pressed and sliced
- 2 large wheat or corn tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into ribbons
- A handful of young spinach or arugula leaves
- A few leaves of romaine lettuce
- A handful of fresh cilantro
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Biora's Kombucha Green Goddess Dressing (to taste)
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder for seasoning the tofu

Directions
Season the tofu slices with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder.
Heat some avocado oil in a pan over medium heat and grill the tofu slices until they are crispy on both sides. Set aside.
Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for a few seconds on each side to make them more pliable.
